Sydney's Room Makeover

Sydney has been begging to have her bedroom painted, she claimed that the Care Bear murals were for babies. Can't say that I really could argue with her about that, but they sure are cute! I remember many, many endless nights sitting in my rocker nursing while staring at those Care Bears, they will be missed by me at least! Here are some before pictures:

The girls had so much fun painting! What great little helpers they were!

And here is the end result, a VERY purple room! She loves it! We added some Hannah Montana wall stickers, and she is in heaven! I think she is going to ask her dad to build her some shelves for her books, and she needs some fun stuff for her walls, but she is really excited to decorate it now.
