The Larson Family: WOW!! LOOK AT THE SNOW!

We just got in from our second round of shoveling in the last 24 hours. We shoveled about 10" last night, and did about the same this morning. We measured 20" in the backyard, and it is STILL snowing!! The kids of course are loving it, we were a bit worried we might lose Paige and Elaina in the yard though! Sydney is having her first "snow day" from school, and it is extra fun because Justin is having one also!

I don't think we will be driving anywhere today, our truck is in the shop and the van is pretty much useless in this much snow. We were lucky enough to be out driving yesterday afternoon/evening when the roads around town really went to heck. We were trying to drop our truck off at a shop right in the middle of the division street hill. As it turned out, Justin ended up walking back from the shop to the bottom of the hill to meet our van. It took us 2 1/2 hours to take the truck over and make it back. What a nightmare! The truck is supposed to be done today, but I don't know that we will be able to get over there to pick it up.

What a great morning! Definitely one I will always remember, we were shoveling in the backyard to the sound of Christmas songs, a fire was crackling in the fireplace, and the kids were giggling and laughing. Priceless!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!
